Here's how we use the postcards which can also be used as a newspaper ad.

1) Call John or Kevin at Lighthouse Direct at (916) 660-9150. Give them the zip codes you desire and the number of postcards you wish to send. Also give them your office info such as phone number and address. They will...

a) Get a list of the best prospects for your mailing.
b) Imprint each card with your name, the prospect's name, your phone number,etc.
c) Put first class postage on each card and mail the card from his local post office.
d) Enter your name (as the prospect) on one of the cards so you will get the card in the mail.


2) You will get calls asking for the free brochure. Send them the Roth conversion brochure

along with the response letter.

3) Have a telemarketing company call the clients for an appointment. Call them 2 days after sending the brochure. If they are hesitant to meet in person consider taking them to the worksheet and discussing the benefits over the phone.

4) If they agree to a meeting, review "1st meeting with the prospect" in the SALES PROCESS section.

The costs of the card are....

To send 1,000 to 2,999 cards = 60 cents per card (plus 200 free cards for 1st time users).
To send 3,000 to 4,999 cards = 40 cents per card (plus 200 free cards for 1st time users).
To send 5,000+ cards = 33 cents per card (plus 200 free cards for 1st time users).

To reduce the costs of the cards, create and mail the cards yourself.

1) Order postcard stock from Sam's Club (or any office supply store). 4 cards per sheet.
2) Order the picture file from us of the card front cover.
3) Ascertain that your printer is capable of printing high resolution cards.
4) Print the front image on the cards.
5) Print the back image including return address, your phone number and the prospects address. You will have to use a data base program (such as Goldmine) that can take the names and addresses and implant the data on the post card.

To get the maximum benefit from the card, do repetitive mailings.

1) Do repetitive mailings. Send the card to the same group 6 times.
2) Also place an ad in a small local paper re the roth conversion program. The combination of the card and the ad will greatly improve the response.
